Retreats are a wonderful way to completely disconnect from daily life and immerse yourself in an experience of self-exploration, connection to nature, to yourself and your inner knowing, as well as to others in a new way. Retreats are also designed so there is nothing you need to take care about – delicious and nourishing vegan food, daily yoga, meditation, and mindfulness classes, as well as group activities.
My first ever (self-designed) yoga retreat in Thailand has been an absolute life-changing experience. It left me healthier, happier, more inspired and connected to myself and my loved ones than ever before. This is what inspired me to design and lead retreat experiences, and I absolutely can’t wait to share the first one with you in early 2023.
