A forest residence made of wood and stone, hidden in the lush forests of Stara Planina, Bulgaria.
5 days/4 nights, 2 yoga practices and 3 delicious vegan meals with local ingredients per day.
Each day we’ll dive into one of Ayurveda‘s elements with corresponding yoga, meditation, and breathing practices, as well as mindfulness tools that will ground, center, and revitalize you, while bringing you back to the only moment that ever exists – the present.

Dessie
With 500+ hours of Yoga Teacher Training behind her, Dessie’s teaching style is inspired by classical Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. She mixes these up with Ayurvedic and TCM philosophies to create truly holistic experiences. Classes are accessible for all levels including yoga beginners, and always end with practicing meditation, and a longer relaxation. Just returning from 2 months of yoga practice in India, she is full of fresh inspiration and insights directly from the source of yoga that she cannot wait to share. Dessie is very passionate about mindfulness and sustainability, which she shares on her Instagram @iamdessiegeorgieva and podcast “D Sustainability Issue”

Bedouin Forest Residence is situated in the heart of Stara Planina Mountain in Bulgaria, tucked in a lush forest and surrounded by the beautiful Rositsa river. The premises are made of all-natural wood and stone, and it is visible how much love and passion’s been invested in building this piece of paradise on Earth by the owners.

Practices will start at 2pm on Wednesday 10.05., the day of arrival. Pick-up from Sofia airport will be organised upon request.
